Your marriage is bound by an inviolable covenant. You will never be able to replace the wife of your youth, no matter how attractive the options may appear, and God warns you not to try.
Christ, not your family, determines your call. When you follow Christ you trust Him to provide for your family.
For your marriage to stay on track, you must preach your own sermon to yourself. The prayer of the spouse should always be, “God make me a better partner.”
Scripture tends to speak to us at the point of our weakness. If the weakness of the wife consists in her reluctance to submit to her husband, the husband’s weakness is his failure to love his wife.
The submissive wife must have confidence that God is greater than her husband and is willing to protect her from his mistakes.
A great example of a marriage between a husband and wife when God is placed at the center.

I knew all these things because God told me
I now know your strengths and [...]

Being able to be kind, gentle, and peaceful is important too. A peaceful spirit is a sign of someone who has a close [...]
Call me a romantic; but, I believe love is enough. The bible also supports this notion as well. Just as Christ loves us, we are to love each other. Love is unconditional and sacrificial. It should be given passionately. Love is an emotion with the tendency to take on a different form as a relationship [...]
